Legal enforcement of the rights of the disabled to have access to public locations has spurred a massive concrete cutting project on curbs throughout the United States. These curb cuts facilitate mobility from sidewalk to street.
Electronic curb cuts is a term that we like to use. It describes Internet-based efforts to remove other types of barriers that affect the disabled.
